This website is for owners and residents of properties in the Little Meadow development, just off the Alfold Road in Cranleigh, Surrey. The development was completed by Bellway in early 2021 at which point every property had been sold.
Little Meadow comprises seventy-five freehold dwellings of mixed type including Housing Association and/or shared ownership.
